Yes, XXII makes the security and compliance of its products and services a priority. To this end, its legal and technical teams work closely together to ensure rigorous and continuous supervision of all XXII functionalities, tools and partners, throughout the solution lifecycle - from design to post-deployment.
At the same time, XXII is committed to ISO 9001 (customer satisfaction), ISO 14001 (environment) and ISO 27001 (information security) certification processes.
XXII attaches particular importance to compliance with the RGPD and RIA, notably by establishing strict ethical principles internally (no facial recognition, no processing of sensitive data, refusal of "high-risk" purposes...).
An Ethics Committee made up of internal and external experts with veto rights also monitors the compliance of XXII's solutions with the aforementioned principles.
XXII is careful to preserve its sovereignty over its software, and avoids any contamination of its algorithms. For this reason, XXII retains exclusive ownership of its solutions. By way of exception, arrangements may be made in the case of co-development whose elements are not dependent on the core software of XXII's solutions.
Yes, XXII accepts electronic signatures via reliable processes that comply with eIDAS Regulation No. 910/2014. XXII uses DocuSign, a qualified ECSP listed on the European Trust List.
With each subscription, in addition to the General Terms and Conditions, the customer receives the Product Sheet corresponding to the version subscribed to, the associated Pricing Grid, and the XXII Processing Sheet enabling him to comply with his legal obligations relating to the protection of personal data. Should the customer have any questions, the XXII team will be happy to answer them by e-mail.
XXII ensures strict compliance with the requirements stemming from the RGPD, the LIL, as well as the principles protecting the fundamental rights and freedoms of the RIA by supervising processing at all levels - business management, R&D and deployment.
To achieve this, XXII's solutions do not allow for any automated decisions, but rather are decision and performance support tools that enable statistical feedback and the removal of doubts, with human supervision and control.
The results are 100% anonymized, mainly for statistical purposes, and no conservation or storage is carried out on the video stream and therefore on the personal data present by incidence. XXII thus complies with the principles of minimization and proportionality.
These requirements are applied at the design stage and maintained throughout development, so that our solutions comply with the principles of Privacy by Design & by Default.
Last but not least, XXII offers each of its customers personalized legal support and documentation enabling our solutions to be studied and validated by the IT department and/or the DPO. In parallel, it is also possible to sign a DPA if required.
The emergence in our societies of technologies such as artificial intelligence demands particular attention, especially from an ethical point of view. Since 2020, an elected ethics committee, made up of members of our teams as well as a panel of external stakeholders, has been meeting regularly to define and apply the ethical principles that define the contours of our product development. Ethical issues are fundamental to the design of AI for good. For this reason, we attach the utmost importance to the ethical use of CORE, and invite our customers to follow the principles adopted in our charter: beneficence, non-maleficence, autonomy, justice, explicability and transparency.
Yes, event and activity logs can be made available for auditing or supervision, depending on access rights.

REST API: for consulting aggregated data, integrating them into your BI tools, reports, etc.
MQTT API (not available for cloud deployment): to receive real-time alerts and events detected by CORE, directly in your supervision or automation systems.
Yes. Data can be pseudonymized or aggregated, and is processed in strict compliance with the RGPD. CORE's AI is designed to meet ethical and regulatory requirements .
Installation planning (this stage collects the technical information needed to install and configure the product)
Server installation (cloud or on-premise)

Deploying CORE is quick and easy:
In cloud mode, the platform is up and running in just a few minutes.
On-premise, with our dedicated appliance, the service can be ready in less than an hour.
π Once installed, CORE can be accessed via a web browser, with no local installation required for users.
For smooth deployment, you need to think ahead:
Network infrastructure (routing, VLAN, firewall, etc.)
IP addresses required for server and cameras
Access to video streams (RTSP, VMS, etc.)
Integration requirements (API, supervision, BI, etc.)
Alert scenarios to be implemented
π CORE is delivered as a pre-configured appliance, with no OS to be installed by the customer. All you need to do is connect it to the network.
Here's an overview of a standard deployment:
Initial technical scoping
Server preparation and shipment (if on-premise)
On-site installation
Camera connection
Configuration of AI skills
Creation and customization of the CORE dashboard.
It is important to :
Define thetarget network infrastructure
Provide IP addresses for equipment
Checkaccess to camera feeds
Prepare any integrations (VMS, API, supervision, etc.)
Identify desired use cases or alarms
π A preparation guide is provided prior to deployment.
CORE can be accessed from a browser via the following URL:
http://dashboard.core.xxii-core.io/core
β οΈ Be sure to include the /core at the end of the address.
In some cases (particularly local), it may be necessary to modify the hosts file. A data sheet is available for this purpose.
Here's what you need to check:
Are the RTSP or VMS links correct?
Are the cameras connected to the right network?
Are the necessary ports open on the firewall?
π If necessary, forward your logs and IP addresses to our support team for diagnosis.
The IP to be used depends on your network topology. Please confirm the following parameters in advance:
Number of networks
Subnets dedicated to cameras and server
Gateways and routing addresses
Remote connection can be made via :
Secure VPN
SSH (if enabled)
Or be disabled according to your network policies
π The desired connection mode is defined during project scoping.
